A place to breath out.

A weekly letter

Thinking out loud.

For the chronically curious & mildly obsessive.

A few times a month, I write about whatever question has had me by the collar: psychology, philosophy, creativity, business, the examined life in general. Some letters are long and dense. Some are three paragraphs from a bike path in Costa Rica. All of them are the real thing.

Personal essays drawing on Jung, Dostoevsky, Zen, Buddhism, Spirituality, Technology, Nietzsche, Girard, and whatever conversation I couldn't stop thinking about after it ended. I have no content strategy or niche. Just honest inquiry, as far as it goes.
